As a dove danced on the sunbeams
I fought with warriors brave and bold
And wore a crown of purest gold.
Bloody battles won and lost,
That fateful day my life it cost
As a blazing arrow pierced my chest
And where I fell was laid to rest.
My golden crown stolen by the foe,
My lifeless body entombed below.
But still I heard my warriors cries
As I dove danced above the skies.
So many lives I've lived since then
But still I long for my warrior men
Who faught so fearlessly and died so brave,
For me, their king they tried to save.
